The Red Oak Appraisal Company is owned and managed by Steven Slotkin, MAI. The company’s service area includes all of north Florida and southeast Georgia, stretching from Jacksonville to Pensacola.
Steve has an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA with a concentration in finance from DePaul University in Chicago. Steve has active certified general licenses in Florida and Georgia.
Steve holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute.
